Part-time / Trainee Care Manager
AC Homecare are a growing Domiciliary Home Care provider in the Welwyn Garden City & Hatfield areas, providing care and companionship for people in their own homes. Our excellent reputation in the local area means we are expanding and now have the opportunity for a new weekend on call manager to join our team.
We are looking for candidates who will fit in with our close team and support the Registered Manager.
this is a new role role in which we are keen to fill it would suit either a proffesional within the care sector who is looking to reduce the amount of hours they currently do but still maintain a senior role.
Or a current care practitioner who is looking to further her career and take the next step into management
Weekend 1 will be maintaining the On-Call Facility. This will include covering sickness, spare work and holiday whilst solving any problematic issues which may arise with staff and our service users.
Additional hours covering sickness holiday or spare rounds would be available outside of the on call facility plus training staff and assisting the Registered Manager.
The ideal candidate would live within Welwyn and Hatfield area and must have the following.
- Hold a full driving licence
- Hold NVQ level 3 in health and social care
- Be able to work flexible hours
